岗位职责：
 On-site management: The construction coordinator is responsible for managing various activities on the construction site, including the scheduling and arrangement of personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring that construction progress and quality meet the expected targets. 现场管理:施工协调员负责管理施工现场的各项活动，包括人员、设备和材料的调度和安排，确保施工进度和质量的达到预期目标。
 Coordination and communication: They maintain close contact and communication with engineers, supervisory teams, construction contractors, and other relevant parties to address issues and challenges that arise during work, ensuring timely information transfer and coordination. 协调沟通: 与工程师、监理团队、施工承包商和其他相关方进行密切联系和沟通，解决工作中的问题和难题，确保信息的及时传递和协调。
 Safety control: The coordinator ensures that safety control measures on the construction site are effectively implemented, including the safety training of workers, provision of personal protective equipment, and identification and control of risks on-site. 安全控制:确保施工现场的安全控制措施得到有效执行，包括工作人员的安全培训、个人防护装备的配备和施工现场的风险识别和控制。
 Document management: They are responsible for managing various documents on the construction site, which includes writing, submitting, and following up on work reports, material lists, change notifications, and progress reports. 文件管理:负责施工现场的各项文件管理工作，包括工作报告、材料清单、变更通知和进度报告的撰写、提交和跟进。
 Contract management: They assist the site leader in managing construction contracts, including contract review, payment, and changes, ensuring contract fulfillment and risk prevention. 合同管理:协助现场领导进行施工合同的管理，包括合同审查、合同支付和合同变更等，确保合同的履行和防范风险。
 Quality control: The coordinator aids the site leader in controlling and inspecting construction quality, ensuring that work quality complies with design requirements and standards. 质量控制:协助现场领导进行施工质量的控制和检查，确保工作质量符合设计要求和规范标准。
 Dispute resolution: They assist in handling disputes and conflicts at the construction site, communicating and coordinating with relevant parties to strive for a consensus or solution. 排解纠纷: 协助处理施工现场的纠纷和争议，与相关方进行沟通和协调，努力达成一致意见或解决方案。
 Cost control: They help the site leader with cost control and budget management, ensuring the project stays within budget and providing relevant data and reports. 成本控制: 协助现场领导进行成本控制和预算管理，确保项目在预算范围内进行，并提供相关数据和报告。
 Participation in preliminary preparations: They participate in the preparatory work before construction, including technical briefings, personnel arrangements, and tool coordination. 参与前期准备: 参与工程建设前期的准备工作，包括技术交底、人员配备及工具协调等。
 Supervision of construction: They are responsible for supervising the work of personnel on-site, overseeing the staffing and employment situation of the construction contractors, and managing the overall project mobilization and acceptance processes. 监督施工：负责项目现场人员工作的监督，监督施工单位的人员安排及用工情况，并负责整个项目承包商进场以及验收工作。
 Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益。提供技术及合同监督和指导。
 Support project EHS manager and participate in daily EHS management during construction phase. 支持项目EHS经理，参与项目施工阶段的日常EHS管理。
 Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF’s commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思维，深刻理解并执行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
 Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡导持续改进并付诸于实际行动。


任职要求：
 Education教育背景：　　　　　　
- Bachelor’s degree with major study in engineering 工程类本科毕业
- Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生学历优选

 Working Experience工作经历：
-Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years construction management experience in the field of petrochemical or master’s degree, the experience for petrochemical construction company is advantage. 大学本科毕业，在石油化工领域至少2年以上施工管理经历或研究生毕业，有石油化工建设企业工作经验者优先。

 Technical & Professional Knowledge技术及资质要求：
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟练掌握中英文者优选
- Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通国内相关专业的标准规范
- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Excel, Power Point and CAD.精通相关软件及工具，如Excel, Power Point 及 CAD等
