Job Description – Rotating Equipment Quality Engineer (EPCIC Contractor)

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities

负责动设备相关设备包（泵、压缩机、驱动机、风机、燃气轮机等）的质量管理工作，确保符合合同、国际标准和业主要求。
Responsible for the quality management of rotating equipment packages (pumps, compressors, drivers, fans, gas turbines, etc.) in compliance with contract requirements, international standards, and client specifications.

审核供应商的质量计划（QCP）、检验与试验计划（ITP）、制造程序文件，并提出改进意见。
Review vendor Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and manufacturing procedures, and provide recommendations.

监督供应商制造过程中的关键工序，如装配、对中、动平衡、焊接和热处理。
Monitor critical processes during vendor fabrication such as assembly, alignment, balancing, welding, and heat treatment.

组织并参与关键工厂试验（FAT），包括机械运转试验（MRT）、性能试验、NPSH试验、振动测试等，并确认检验记录。
Organize and participate in critical Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), including Mechanical Run Tests (MRT), Performance Tests, NPSH Tests, and Vibration Tests, ensuring test records are complete and acceptable.

协调与供应商、第三方检验机构、船级社和业主代表的接口，确保质量活动按计划执行。
Coordinate with vendors, third-party inspection agencies, classification societies, and client representatives to ensure quality activities are carried out as planned.

处理和跟踪不合格报告（NCR），组织根因分析（RCA）和纠正预防措施（CAPA），确保闭环。
Manage and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), organize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure closure.

审核并确认制造记录簿（MRB）、质保文件和证书的完整性，确保最终交付满足要求。
Review and validate Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), quality dossiers, and certificates to ensure completeness for final delivery.

任职资格 / Qualifications

本科及以上学历，机械工程、动设备工程、制造工程或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Rotating Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.

10 年以上动设备质量管理或检验经验，其中至少 5 年FLNG,FPSO,FPU EPC/EPCIC 项目经验。
Minimum 10 years of experience in rotating equipment quality management or inspection, including at least 5 years in EPC/EPCIC projects for FLNG, FPSO, or FPU.

熟悉国际标准和规范（EU Directive,API 610/617, ASME VIII/IX, ISO, DNV, ABS 等），并有实际应用经验。
Familiar with international standards and codes (EU Directive,API 610/617, ASME VIII/IX, ISO, DNV, ABS, etc.) with practical application experience.

有 FAT 组织和见证经验，能独立处理质量问题并与业主/第三方沟通。
Experienced in organizing and witnessing FATs, able to independently resolve quality issues and liaise with clients/third parties.

熟悉质量管理体系（ISO 9001）及供应商质量监督流程。
Good knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and vendor quality surveillance processes.

具备良好的英语读写与沟通能力，能够编制和审核英文技术文件。
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), capable of preparing and reviewing technical documents in English.

Job Description – Static Equipment Quality Engineer (EPCIC Contractor)

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities

负责静设备材料和设备包（压力容器、换热器、塔器、分离器、储罐等）的质量管理与监督，确保符合合同、标准和业主要求。
Responsible for the quality management and supervision of static equipment packages (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, separators, storage tanks, etc.) to ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and client requirements.

审核供应商质量计划（QCP）、检验与试验计划（ITP）、制造工艺文件，并提出改进意见。
Review vendor Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and fabrication procedures, and provide recommendations for improvement.

监督供应商制造过程中的关键工序，如焊接、热处理、NDT、防腐涂装等。
Monitor critical vendor fabrication processes such as welding, heat treatment, NDT, and coating.

组织并参与关键工厂验收试验（FAT），见证压力试验、气密试验、性能测试等，并确认检验记录。
Organize and participate in key Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), witnessing hydrostatic tests, pneumatic tests, performance tests, and verifying inspection records.

协调与供应商、第三方检验机构、船级社和业主代表的接口，确保质量活动按计划执行。

管理不合格项（NCR），组织根因分析（RCA）及纠正预防措施（CAPA），并确保闭环。
Manage non-conformances (NCRs), lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure proper closure.

审核和确认制造记录簿（MRB）、质保文件和证书的完整性，确保交付符合要求。
Review and validate Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), quality dossiers, and certificates to ensure completeness for delivery.

任职资格 / Qualifications

本科及以上学历，机械工程、压力容器、焊接工程或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Pressure Vessel Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related fields.
