主要职责：
1. 负责完成日常安全生产管理工作
2. 负责工厂的日常运行，包括监控和巡检所有的操作设备并使其保持良好的运行，如果设备出现故障，需要快速响应，确保可靠地向客户供应我们的产品
3. 及时汇报非正常的工艺状态，鼓励进行异常原因的分析调查
4. 协助操作/管理文档系统使之不断优化
5. 其他被安排的与操作相关的活动
工作要求：
1.至少全日制大专学历，化工相关专业优先考虑
2.良好的团队协作精神，上进、积极
3.善于思考，勇于创新
4.至少1年化工相关工作经验，化工相关专业者不受此限制
5.英语能力良好者优先考虑
