岗位描述：
The Expediting Coordinator manage and monitor all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned Project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule and quality.
岗位职责：
1.Responsible for the integrated coordination of the Post Order-related activities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned project/projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs and quality, following Project Post Order/Project Procurement Manager instructions.
2.Responsible for planning and monitoring expediting activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Post Order/Procurement Manager.
3.Manage and coordinate the assigned Desk Expediters to reach the Project targets through the monitoring of the various Purchase Orders.
4.Manage and coordinate the assigned External Agencies (if any) to reach the Project targets through the monitoring of the various Purchase Orders.
5.Main interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Department for the material shipment at Site.
任职资格：
1.Studies in engineering discipline
2.Work experience: at least 5 years gained in same/similar activities in Engineering companies and demonstrable ability to manage a team
3.Good computer skills and knowledge in main Microsoft Programs (Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)
4. Fluent in English
5. Availability to travel in China
