Plant operation (in defined scope)
EHS management 安全， 环保和质量管理：
1. 作为现场当班班组的安全负责人，确保在装置区域内贯彻执行公司在安全、健康、 环保和质量管理方面的方针政策；
并确保所有在装置工作的人员（BASF 员工，承包商，外来服务人员等） 严格遵守 EHS 规定； As the shift supervisor
of the unit, ensure the implementation of the company's guidelines and policies in term of safety, health,
environmental protection and quality management in the production area; and ensure that all personnel working on
the production area (BASF employees, contractors, external service personnel, etc.) strictly comply with the EHS
regulations.
2. 周末和节假日等非工作时间为装置第一安全负责人； During the weekend of holidays, you shall be the first safety
person in charge of the production area.
3. 鼓励员工提出合理化建议及执行和整改； Encourage employees to make suggestions and implement the rectification
4. 确保班组成员工作活动符合 QHSE 规范要求，及时发现并更正班组人员的误操作；及时制止班组人员的违章行为，防
止发生生产事故及安全环保事故； Ensure all working activities meet the EHS requirements, Stop all unconfirmed
action, stop all illegal behavior of team members to prevent any EHS accidents.
Production management 生产管理
5. 组织、 协调各单元的生产运行，完成生产任务； Organize and coordinate all production activities.
6. 严格执行工艺指标和生产指令，确保装置平稳运行； Strictly follow and implement the production order to ensure a
stable operation.
7. 负责组织处理生产过程中的异常情况； Responsible to organize any  cause analysis
8. 负责协调本班人员工作安排，包括装置巡检、取样和工艺隔离等工作； Coordinate shift team daily work （patrol，
sampling, process isolation）
9. 主持班组的日常管理工作， 负责班组的工作纪律考核与管理； Organize the shift daily work and be responsible for the
work discipline assessment and team management.
10. 及时记录、 处理和解决操作员上报的问题，并及时汇报给上级； Good in issue solving and must report any production
issue timely to the superior,
11. 及时发现和记录在生产运行中出现的技术问题、 设备问题，并及时汇报给上级； Find and record all technical and
equipment problems in the production area, and report timely to the superior.
Site and maintenance management 现场管理与维修
12. 检查装置设备运行情况， 发现问题及时汇报及联系维修部门进行处理； Need to check all equipment running status, If
any issue, contact maintenance department.
13. 当班期间协调装置的维修和施工活动， 严格执许可证制度，及时检查现场活动的准备、确认和执行情况； Coordinate
the maintenance activities in the production area, follow strictly the work permit procedure. Follow all the
maintenance activities and any issue stop the ongoing activities
14. 合理调配本班人员，配合其他相关专业（机、 电、 仪等）做好本单元设备、 仪表和电器的日常维护和检修工作；
Coordinate all shift member in order to support maintenance activities.
15. 负责检修前的准备工作（工艺及设备隔离）以及检修后的验收工作； Responsible for the preparation work before the
maintenance (process and equipment isolation) and the acceptance work after the maintenance.
16. 负责签署、确认现场维修的相关单据，以及非班组生产人员入场的审批记录工作； Responsible for signing andInternal
confirming the relevant documents of on-site maintenance, as well as the approval record of the entry of non-team
production personnel.
17. 负责组织班组之间的交接班，保证信息交接完整； Responsible for organizing the handover between the teams to
ensure all the information (process, safety, quality,) has been handover.
18. 根据相关预案对紧急情况进行上报和处理； Familiar with the ERP.
19. 保证装置处于安全，整洁状态，并符合 5S 要求； Ensure the production area is safe, no dirty and meets the 5S
requirements;
Team leader and communication 人事管理和部门协作
20. 对下属进行管理和监督，制定主要生产任务和目标， 进行培训和考核； Manage and supervise the shift team member,
follow the production target, conduct the team training and assessment.
21. 和相关装置及部门保持良好协作关系。 Keep a good communication with the relevant department (EHS, Maintenance,
laboratory, technology, .)
22. 确保员工遵守 BASF 相关 HSE/HR/Operation 程序 Ensure all shift members comply with BASF HSE/HR/Operation
procedures
23. 当班承包商+访客人员管理 Ensure all Contractor or visitor comply with production area procedure
24. 确保访客遵守相关装置的 EHS 和 Operation 规则； Ensure that visitors comply with the EHS and Operation rules in
the production area.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
Required:
1. 大专， 专业为化工或机械。
2. At least 5 years of experience in chemical plant 5年以上化工厂工作经验
3. Working under pressure in different conditions during plant project phase and commissioning & start-up phase 在工
厂项目阶段和调试和启动阶段，在不同条件下的压力下工作
4. In normal operation will be in shift
5. Competence strength in analytical thinking, complexity management and problem solving
6. Good abilities of team management
7. Strong learning capability and communication skill with high interest in new technology, new working environment
and international culture
8. Working location in ZhanJiang city, Guangdong province, China
9. English reading/speaking/listening can keep smooth/good communication/mutual understanding
