BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.


Main Tasks

- Assist the production manager in the daily supervision of the construction of the Central lab building to ensure quality and progress meet requirements. 
协助生产经理对首期的中央实验室大楼的建设进行日常监督，确保工程质量和建设进度满足要求。
- Closely follow up the construction progress of OXO and AA cluster labs. 
紧密关注OXO和AA装置实验室的建设进度。
- Based on the input from the analytical manager, create the necessary SOPs while ensuring compliancy with all the required norms and regulations.
根据分析经理的意见，建立必要的SOP，同时确保遵守所有要求的规范和条例。
- Assist in selecting the correct equipment, tools, and chemicals for the labs.
协助为实验室选择正确的设备、工具和化学品。
- Set up the general processes for the lab to run smoothly in the future (e.g., ordering systems, gas management, chemical management, risk assessments, etc.).
建立实验室的一般流程，以便将来顺利运行（例如，订购系统、气体管理、化学品管理、风险评估等）。
- Support process manager with implementing IT tools.
支持工艺经理对IT 软件工具的投用工作。
- Implement sample logistics process on the site.
制订并主持实施样品在基地内的转运流程。
- Build and plan for phase 1 laboratory shift team。
规划和建立一期实验室的倒班团队。
- Support the production manager to perform commissioning plan of OXO&AA Labs.
支持生产经理一起制定OXO&AA实验室的详细调试计划。
- Assist in hiring of the lab technicians and organizational build-up.
协助招聘实验室技术人员。
- During commissioning of the OXO and AA cluster labs, follow up closely on the progress of the validation of the analyzers.
在OXO&AA实验室的调试过程中，密切跟进分析仪的验证进度。
- Act as assistant production manager for the Central lab, supervise the operation of Central Lab shift team and OXO&AA labs, while reporting to the production manager of the Central Lab.
担任中央实验室的生产主管，负责监督中央实验室倒班班组和OXO&AA两个装置实验室的运行，同时向中央实验室生产经理汇报生产情况。
- Ensuring safe, qualitative, and correct operations of the different lab teams in the responsibility. 
确保责任范围内不同实验室团队的安全、质量和正确操作。
- Show solid expertise on lab operations and hands-on expertise in the different techniques of the lab. Continuously support optimization and technical updates of analytical methods.
在各个类型的实验室技术方面表现出扎实的专业知识和丰富的实际操作经验，持续支持实验室分析方法的优化与更新。

Requirements

- Education: Min. bachelor’s degree in (analytical) chemistry or equivalent by experience.
学历：（分析）化学的学士学位或同等及以上学历。
- Working Experience: At least 10 years working experience in an analytical lab is required with extensive hands-on practice of either chromatography, spectroscopy, or wet chemical techniques. Furthermore, team leading experience is required.
工作经验：要求在分析实验室有至少10年的工作经验，对色谱分析、光谱分析或湿化学分析技术有广泛的实践经验。此外，还需要有团队领导经验。
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Deep understanding of typical QC lab equipment and experience of OXO and AA plants.
技术和专业知识：对典型的QC实验室设备有深刻的理解，具备合成气丁辛醇装置和丙烯酸及酯装置的经验。
