Position Objective
1.	Closely work with Sales team, provide technical service to assist customers in using allnex products and resolve customer technical inquiries, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
2.	Multi segments to serve are mainly ink and packaging.
Major Accountabilities
1.	Visit key customers and make right products introduction and recommendation, mainly on printing ink and packaging.
2.	Proper understanding of market trend of ink and packaging industries, and transfer products demanding on UV and waterborne products to AIMS ideas and projects. 
3.	To   projects information via monthly report and seek for feedback.
4.	To provide technical support to customers on technical related issues and assist to support to define customer need, make project based technical sales contacts/calls, research customer needs and develop application of products and service accordingly. Evaluate product and service marketability in terms of customer technical and manufacturing needs.
5.	To provide high quality seminar about products training to customers or agent.
6.	Net work with other TS teams regionally and globally, if needed.
7.	To assist TSM to organize and support technical training internally and externally.
Education (describe level of education for this position indicating if it is Required or Preferred (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, Ph.D., Law)
1.	Bachelor degree or above required
2.	Polymer Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related
Experience 
1.	Minimum 5 years working experience in ink and packaging industries.
2.	Experience in UV ink and packaging applications is necessary and top priority. 
3.	Experience in Waterborne ink and packaging applications will be taken as priority after UV technology.
Specific skills 
1.	Excellent formulating skill of UV and waterborne ink , varnish and other layers for packaging.  
2.	Familiar with performance test methods, lab devices and standards in ink and packaging industries.
3.	Good communication skill by English.
