公司简介

  江西西林科股份有限公司成立于2004年11月,位于江西省南昌经济技术开发区内,是一家致力于石油加工专用化学品及精细化工产品研发、生产和销售的中外合资股份制企业,系南昌市“重点百家”企业之一,公司注册资本1亿元。

  公司成立以来,西林科人发扬拼搏向上,不怕艰苦的创业精神,用聪明才智和勤劳的双手,已将公司建成了占地300亩的现代化精细化工生产基地。主要产品有汽油抗爆剂(MMT)、柴油抗磨剂(R90)和柴油十六烷值改进剂(C-99)等。公司客户除了中石化集团、中石油集团、中海油集团、中化集团、延长集团等国内大型石化企业外,产品还远销欧洲、中东等海外。目前公司还在积极研发分子筛、炼油催化剂等多个项目。

  公司技术研发能力雄厚,多项产品具有国际先进技术水平,曾多次获得国家、省部级等科技奖励。公司产品获得过国家科技进步二等奖,技术研发团队中多人享受“国务院特殊津贴”和“省政府特殊津贴”,技术带头人廖维林教授被授予“全国优秀科技工作者”、“全国杰出专业技术人才”和“国家百千万人才”等终身荣誉称号。

南昌“人才10条”政策

6月16,南昌市制定出台了《关于支持大学毕业生和技能人才来昌留昌创业就业的实施意见》简称南昌“人才10条” 政策。

实施意见针对的对象包括:

首次来昌留昌创业就业的全日制博士、硕士、本科、大专应届毕业生

首次来昌留昌创业就业的35周岁以下全日制博士、硕士、本科、大专历届毕业生

首次来昌留昌创业就业的35周岁以下高级技师(一级)、技师(二级)、高级工(三级)。

南昌“人才10条”具体内容包括:

1、支持大学毕业生和技能人才落户

南昌大学毕业生(含驻昌院校在校生)和技能人才首次将户口迁移至南昌(含集体户口,下同),每人发放1000元落户奖励。

2、支持大学毕业生和技能人才来昌留昌就业

大学毕业生和技能人才落户南昌,录用在行政机关、事业单位工作或与驻昌企业签订3年以上劳动合同,并首次在昌缴纳社保的,按全日制博士,全日制硕士及高级技师(一级),全日制本科及技师(二级)全日制大专及高级工(三级),分别给予每人一次性就业、安家租房等生活补贴5万元、3万元、2万元、1万元。全日制博士、硕士研究生未落户南昌的,则需在昌首次缴纳社保满1年以上方可申领生活补贴。

大学毕业生和技能人才申领生活补贴后须在昌就业满3年,对未达到规定年限离开南昌或将户口迁出南昌的,需退回剩余补贴。

3、支持大学毕业生和技能人才在昌创业

大学毕业生和技能人才首次在昌创办企业(含个体工商户)等经济实体,除按前款条件和标准可申请落户奖励和生活补贴外,还可申请最高30万元创业担保贷款;对合伙创业或组织起来共同创业人员数量较多的,执行最高200万元贷款额度;大学毕业生创办的小微企业,可申请最高600万元的创业担保贷款;对具有全日制博士学位的大学毕业生、高级技师职业资格的技能人才创办的优质创业项目,贷款额度100万元以内的,可免除反担保。

4、支持来昌留昌创业就业人才安居乐业

对在昌创业就业并缴纳社保满2年的人才,可以在本市辖区内购买首套商品住房,对在昌创业且稳定经营2年以上或在昌就业且与企业(不含行政机关、事业单位和国有企业)签订3年以上劳动合同,并在昌缴纳社保满2年的全日制博士硕士研究生(含高级技师),在昌首次购买商品住房的,分别给予10万元、6万元购房补贴。购买产权型人才住房的,不能同时享受本购房补贴政策。享受购房补贴的人才自取得房屋权属证书满5年后,所购住房方可进行产权转让。

5、支持“985”高校毕业生来昌创业就业

对来昌创业就业的“985”高校全日制大学本科毕业生,按照第二条和第四条规定的全日制硕士研究生标准和条件,给予生活补贴和购房补贴。

6、支持驻昌企业提供就业岗位

凡引进大学毕业生和技能人才在昌落户且与本企业签订3年以上劳动合同,并首次在昌为其缴纳社保满1年的,按照全日制本科(技师)以上3000元/人、全日制大专(高级工)1000元/标准,给予该企业提供就业岗位补贴。

7、支持驻昌院校设立创业就业指导中心

在驻昌院校设立一批大学生创业就业指导中心,引导鼓励在校大学生落户南昌、毕业后留昌创业就业。对工作成效突出的指导中心,分别给予每年10万元-50万元工作经费补贴。

8、支持人力资源服务机构参与人才服务工作

采取政府购买服务的方式,利用市场化手段,积极支持人力资源服务机构参与人才服务平台建设,有效发挥人力资源服务机构在政策宣传、信息发布、求职招聘、人才交流等方面的专业优势和作用,努力为来昌留昌创业就业人才提供贴心服务。

9、支持有条件的县区和企事业单位开发建设人才公寓

支持县区(开发区)积极盘活现有存量公寓,并按照统筹规划、多点布局思路,结合人才需求,择址建设一批集居住消费、社交文娱、就学就医等配套功能的租赁型人才公寓,面向“重点产业、重点企业、重点人才”建设一批产权型人才住房。同时,大力支持企事业单位按照政策规定自建人才公寓。落户南昌且在昌创业就业的全日制大学本科及技师(二级)以上人才可申请租住人才公寓最长可租住3年,人才公寓出现供不应求时应通过摇号进行定向配租。

10、支持兑现人才政策“一网通办”

与人力资源服务机构联合搭建政府服务平台一一南昌市人才“港、网、窗”一体化服务平台,来昌留昌创业就业的大学毕业生和技能人才对人才政策可以“一网查询”,申报审核兑现政策可以“一网通办”。来昌留昌创业就业人才可以在“港网窗”平台申请兑现落户奖励、生活补贴、购房补贴等。

此外,本政策自发布之日起施行。按照“老人老办法、新人新办法”原则,政策发布之后来昌留昌创业就业的人才执行本政策;政策发布之前,已在昌创业就业的人才执行南昌市原有人才政策。
