岗位职责：
1.	Plant Construction

•	Participate in tracking  the construction progress and coordinate the regional construction during the CPTF construction.参与CPTF建设期间项目现场施工进度跟踪，区域施工协调等
•	Monitoring the site construction with sense of ownership and stop it in time if there is any unsafe behavior.
有主人翁意识，监督项目现场施工是否规范，发现不安全行为及时制止
•	Assist the engineering team to supervise and inspect the construction quality, and check whether the construction is according to the drawing.
协助工程团队监督检验施工质量，检查施工现场是否按图施工
•	Assist the project acceptance , and participate in the punch list inspection and PSSR work, and participate in the production preparation and test before ready for start.
协助现场工程竣工验收，参与三查四定和PSSR工作，参与开工前的生产准备和试车，

2.	Plant commissioning

•	Participate in site inspection before commissioning, including process pipeline, equipment, vessels, tools, etc., to confirm commissioning conditions.
参与试运行前的现场检查，包括工艺管道、设备、容器、工器具等，确认试运行条件
•	Participate in the commissioning phase, including pre-commissioning，commissioning，and start up.
参与试运行阶段的工作，包括预试车、联动试车和首次物料试车等

3.	 Plant Operation

•	Execute filling station daily operation with respect to safety, time, cost, and quality requirements, as well as guidelines, procedures, WI etc.
依据公司相关准则、程序、作业指导等,执行装卸站的日常操作以确保符合安全、效率、成本、质量的要求
•	To make technical safety confirmation before maintenance or inspection and implement safety measure.
在维修或检查前进行技术安全确认，并实施安全措施
•	Ensuring site safety operation conditions.
确保现场安全运行所需要的条件
•	Be responsible for equipment isolation and replacement in the plant.
负责装置内设备设施的隔离和更换
•	Check the tank truck/container entering the filling station according to the "Tank Truck/Container Loading Vehicle Checklist".
按照《槽车/集装罐车辆检查表》对进入装卸站的槽车/集装罐车辆进行检查
•	Conduct regional safety training for foreign personnel entering the loading area, including drivers and escorts, and monitor their unsafe action
对进入装卸区的外来人员包括司机，押运员等进行区域安全培训，监督其不安全行为
•	Carry out loading/unloading operations according to standard operation procedures, including vehicle guidance, loading arm connection, tightness test, loading arm purge, etc.
按照标准作业程序进行装卸车作业，包括车辆引导、鹤管连接、气密试验、鹤管吹扫等
•	Operating and use the equipment and facilities of filling station correctly and carry out daily maintenance.
正确操作和使用装卸站的设备设施，进行日常维护
•	Monitoring the process parameters, including the initial and final flow rate of loading/unloading progress， the pressure of the unloading pump, the current, the pressure in the tank truck/container, to ensure the smooth and efficient loading/unloading progress, and ensure that the loading/unloading volume is consistent with the information of the lading.
监控工艺参数，包括装卸车过程的初始流量和收仓流量、机泵的压力、电流、槽车/集装罐内压力、保证装卸过程平稳高效进行，装卸量与提货单信息一致
•	Stop the unsafe action founded in the progress of operation in time.
对作业过程中发现的不安全行为及时进行制止
•	Implement site routine inspection.
严格执行区域巡检制度
•	Assist in monitoring maintenance work on site, identify hazard sources and safety factors.
协助监护现场作业，识别危险源和安全因素
•	Participate training activities of operation technology to expand the professional knowledge, improve operational skills
参加操作技术等培训，拓展的专业知识，提升操作技能

4.	Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
完成上级领导交办的其他任务

任职要求：
•	College or above in chemical, mechanical, oil & gas storage and transportation engineering related 
大专及以上学历,化工、机械、油气储运工程相关专业
•	More than 3 years operation experience in tank truck/container filling station
3年以上槽车/集装罐装卸站台操作经验
•	Certain experience in tank truck/container filling station operation, familiar with the process of tank truck/container filling station, master to operate the main equipment such as pump, loading arm or vaporizer.
有实际的装卸站台操作经验，熟悉装卸站台的业务流程，掌握机泵、鹤管、汽化器等主要设备的正确操作方法
•	Basic learning ability, good learning willingness, and strong execution ability. Be able to read the basic process flow diagram and understand the basic mechanical principle of equipment.
具备基本的学习能力和较好的学习意愿，及较强的执行力。能看懂基本的工艺流程图了解基本的设备机械原理
•	Profound knowledge in chemical process, excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidents and unplanned incidents
熟知化工工艺，具备专业的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动
•	Communication: Basic communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like drivers, DCS operators and tank farm operators.
沟通交流：具备与内、外部（如司机、内操和罐区操作人员）沟通的基本能力
•	IT software: Basic knowledge and affinity for the usage of IT systems
IT软件：具有使用IT系统的基本知识和认知能力
•	Basic English reading ability.
