岗位职责：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF\'s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.


Main Tasks:  
EHS Management
1.Be responsible for the implementation of EHS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure compliance and safety maintenance execution.
2.Develop and update relevant site E&I work instructions and/or manuals based on EHS laws, standards of China and BASF company EHS policy and regulations.
3.Ensure training and compliances of safe job procedure, work permit system, EHS guideline, local and international rules and regulations to BASF team staff and contractors.
4.Cooperation with production, 1st line maintenanceTSS and safety departments, lead or support to identify unsafe conduct and conditions, risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, reporting, etc. always ensure the employees and contractors in the safe work environment with proper PPEs, tools and facilities with safe job method.
5.Support the EHS review during operation, change implementation and project, collaborate and conduct process safety review, PSSR etc. with stakeholders.     

Maintenance Management
1.Develop and coordinate site E&Iheavy duty rotating maintenance management strategy and processes as well as its contractor’s strategy.
2.Work together with asset management and 1st line maintenance teamTSS to develop the site E&Iheavy duty rotating preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance life cycle plan and short-term periodic plan as well as effective inspection & test regime.  
3.Leading and coordinating production, maintenance and reliability engineersasset management, reliability center to define, evaluate, predict, improve, and validate site E&Iheavy duty rotatingreliability metrics via various programs and activities such as performance and condition review, root cause failure analysis, troubleshooting….. 
4.Develop site heavy duty rotatingmechanical equipment TAR plan and repair method statement, train and improve mechanic technicians and contractor skills in maintenance activities.
5.Follow BASF continues improving process to optimize sustainability lifecycle management, cost management of site E&Iheavy duty rotating.
6.Collaborate with procurement and contractor management team on E&Irotating external service and contract-out management, including contractor assessment, qualification, technical clarification, bidding and verification etc.
7.Coordinate and support E&Iheavy duty rotating materials and spare parts management, including stock/nonstock, repair and procurement policy, BOM & MRP setting etc., also be responsible for specialized facilities and tools management.
7.8.Ensure E&I and SIS management to comply with local regulation and BASF mandatory requirements

Technical Management 
1.Act as technical expertise of heavy-duty rotatingE&I management, coordinate direction and strategy in plants E&Irotating technical management with asset management team and TSS, to ensure high standard of reliability and integrity for all plants rotatingE&I and automation system.
2.Provide technical support to plants by assisting in RBM, root cause analysis and resolving rotatingE&I problems and bad actors, reviewing operating procedures, and assisting in operation, shut-down & start-up of critical E&Irotating, identify and mitigate the threats to site availability.
3.Establish and provide technical assurance for heavy duty rotatingcritical E&I by maintaining KPI’s, reviewing processes and MOC, lead in E&I failure trouble shootingsupport to condition monitoring program  and improvement task forces & activities, set HDRE overhaul and acceptance standards., also provide in time effective and expertise rotating equipment technical advisory service based on demands.  
4.Establish critical E&Iheavy duty rotating  technical management documentation system refer to project and OEM files as well as site maintenance database.


Engineering of CAPEX 
1.Provide technical support to Capex Project team on critical E&IHDRE rotating management and processes, i.e. specification management, risk assessment, technical plan & selection process.  
2.Support project engineering for major E&IHDRE by proposing and justifying needed improvements and typical solutions, supporting the design, procurement and installation.
3.Support project manager on major E&IHDRE  for cost forecast & check, change control etc., join the negotiation & ITB with contractors, balance during bidding as well as relevant claim management, ensure right basis for project execution on major E&I.
4.Be responsible for E&I HDRE commission, loop check, SIS function test and start up to develop procedure, plan, resource management as well as leading the field activities in field check, inspection, solo run, and performance test review. 
5.Monitor project implementation and decision making in difficult cases/stages of the project on HDRE rotatingE&I, supervise suppliers, contractors based on project demands, promote and use continuing relationships with E&I suppliers to obtain total ownership benefits.
6.Act as consulting function in area of expertise on E&I HDREwith e.g. EPC-contractors, assumption of tasks in external panel of E&I experts in projects on behalf of BIG.
MaintenanceReliability Engineering during project phase.
1.Provide technical support to maintenancereliability engineering in project phase to implement reference study, SIS concept design, and E&I preference
2.Support to reliability engineering methodology optimization, contribute to reference plant history data analysis.
3.Join the activities in reference plant study via interview, document check, site tour to develop the recommendation to project team.
4.Deliver good practice and engineering to project design
5.Support team to ensure E&I ITP, operation and maintenance procedure, master plan set up, BOM, i-BOM, material to be ready before startup.
5.6.Complete mandatory test from local authority and BASF procedures

Requirements:  
-	Bachelor degree and above in mechanical engineering 
-	Above 5 years’ experience in the chemical plant maintenance 
-	Profound Knowledge in petrochemical/chemical static equipment and rotating equipment management and its methods, program management
-	Familiar with HDRE industry specification, rich experience in HDRE management, troubleshooting
-	Familiar with special equipment regulation
-	Communication and collaboration skills
-	Fluency in English, both verbal and written
