Major Accountabilities:
1. Prepare and conduct organic synthesis and report on the results in the framework of Research projects.
2. Modify/adapt existing resin to meet the customers’ special requirements.
3. Take initiatives to improve chemical lab processes.
4. Participates in equipment/lab product supplier discussions.
5. Participate in laboratory team activities including safety matters, clean lab environment, management of product inventory, improvement of lab equipment.
6. Product application performance evaluation in lab.
7. TS support for sales team and QC team and Process team.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or above, majored in Chemistry.

Experience:
1) Knowledge of organic chemistry and polymer chemistry.
2) Liquid resin coating synthesis experience is priority.

经验：
1) 有机化学和聚合物化学知识。
2) 有液体树脂涂层合成经验者优先。
