一、职位使命Mission of the post:
引领公司信息化技术进步,推动信息技术与公司管理和生产运行的有效融合,确保数字网络安全, 联接客户和供应商,持续提升公司的智能化水平
Lead company to progress in information technology, promote effective integration of information technology with company management, production operation and interaction with customers and suppliers as well as increasingly advance company to be a smart one;
二、岗位职责:
Roles and responsibilities
1、编制公司的信息化长远规划,负责IT新技术引进和新项目实施,以强化公司未来管理、运行和与客户及供应商的链接
Develop multi-year master plan of information and introduce in new IT technology and implement new projects to enhance future company management, operations and interaction with customers and suppliers
2、确保数字网络安全,最小化公司网络安全风险,包括信息安全风险、安全、可靠和高利润运营的风险,以及商业交易连续性和公众形象持续性的风险。
Ensure cyber-security and minimize the risk , including risks on information ,safety, reliability, high profit operation, transaction continuing, and company social image 
3、围绕公司核心业务构建“智能公司”,并通过信息化项目的实施和管理提升联合石化的竞争力。
Construct a “smart company”with focus on company core business , elevating company competency by information project and management
4、建立/改进公司的信息化管理和监控体系,确保有效运行
Build up/ improve information management and control system with effective operation;
5、编制/更新公司的信息化管理、数字网络安全制度并有效落实
Develop/ update company procedure for information management and cybersecurity and make sure its effectiveness;
6、领导公司IS模块无误运行公司信息化基础设施和应用系统,为企业经营和生产管理提供信息化支持,链接客户及供应商
Lead IS group to operate company information infrastructure and application system flawlessly so as to provide information support for company operation, production management and interaction with customers and suppliers;
7、负责公司IT技术人才的培训和发展,建设一流的IT专业队伍
Be responsible for training and developing IT technicians to build a first-rate IT group;
三、任职资格Qualifications:
1、本科以上学历,专业为计算机、信息技术或自动化专业,大学英语四级及以上,高级工程师以上或同等职称。
Shall be bachelor or above level majoring in computer, information technology or automation ,CET 4 and above English certificate and having senior engineering title and above or equal professional title;
2、10年以上IT岗位从业经验;有炼化化工行业从业经验、担任过大中型(炼化)企业信息部门的主要负责人职务的优先。
Shall have 10-year and more experience in IT position; working in (petro-chemical) industry and a experience that ever work as a main responsible person for information department in medium or large (petro-chemical) manufacturing company is preferred
3、精通炼化企业的ERP系统、MES系统平台架构与技术,对信息与炼化生产的融合有透彻的理解
Master the ERP, MES system structure and technology and the integration of information with (petro-chemical) manufacturing;
4、对前沿科技具有高度敏感性(如云技术、大数据),能及时把握智能化工厂建设的技术发展动态,对行业趋势有深刻洞察
Be highly sensitive to advanced technology (e.g. cloud technology, big data) and able to timely follow up on the development of smart plant technology with keen insight into the tendency of industry;
5、熟悉计算机软硬件系统,掌握(炼化)工厂数据采集、存储、分析、应用系统的设计、开发、部署、维护相关知识和所需技能。
Be familiar with soft and hardware of computer, and master the knowledge and skills required to design, develop, deploy and maintain the system for collecting, storing, analyzing and applying data of (petro-chemical) manufacturing plant;
6、具有丰富的(炼化)企业基础设施建设和应用系统实施项目管理经验
Shall be sophisticated in building infrastructure for (petro-chemical) manufacturing corporations and managing implementation of application system;
7、熟悉信息/网络安全技术和IT内控体系
Be familiar with information/ internet security and IT internal control system;
8、良好的跨职能沟通能力,认同团队价值观
Be good at cross-functional communication and share the group value;
9、卓越的领导力,有战略眼光,有工作激情并能接受挑战,能统筹全局,引领数字化战略方向。
Have excellent leadership and strategic vision, be passionate to challenges and can consider whole situation and plan accordingly, lead the direction
10、强烈的目标导向意识、客户服务意识和监控意识
Strong awareness of result-oriented, customer service and control;
11、具有良好的绩效管理能力,善于倾听下属意见给予支持,有效授权,关注员工成长和队伍建设。

Fujian Refining &Petrochemical Company Limited(FREP)is a large-scale petrochemical enterprise jointly invested by Fujian Petrochemical Company Limited(FPCL, jointly invested by Sinopec and Fujian Government), Exxonmobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Limited(EMCP&P)and Saudi Aramco Asia Company Limited (SAAC) in a proportion of 50%: 25%: 25% respectively.
公司地处中国东南沿海的湄洲湾南岸,位于福建省泉州市泉港区,交通便捷,距离厦门机场、福州机场2小时车程,高铁直达华东华南各地,区位优势突出,公司自建的专用原油、成品油码头水深开阔,设计总吞吐量达1800万吨/年。
The Company is located at the South Coast of Meizhou Bay in Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, southeast coastal area of China, with convenient traffic two hour away from Xiamen airport and Fuzhou airport and express way directing to east and south China region. The dedicated crude and product oil berths are located at the deep and open waters with a total designed throughput of 18 million tons per year.
自公司成立以来,福建联合石化持续推动企业的可持续发展。2009年11月,公司投资兴建的炼油乙烯一体化项目---中国首个一次性规划投资最大的炼油化工高度一体化中外合资石化项目投入商业运营,将公司的炼油能力由400万吨/年(8万桶/天)提升至1200万吨/年(24万桶/天), 新建的乙烯裂解、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、芳烃等一系列大型化工装置同时顺利投入运行;2013年底,公司完成乙烯脱瓶颈改造,进一步推动油品质量升级和产品结构优化。
Since its establishment, FREP has endeavored to sustainable development. In November of 2009, Fujian Integrated Refining Ethylene project-the first and single largest sino-foreign investment of an integrated refining &petrochemical joint venture project in china-was put into commercial operation and increased FREPS refining capacity from 4MTA(80K bblday) to 12MTA(240K bbl/day). The newly-built series of large-scale chemical units including Steam Cracker, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Aromatics were put into operation smoothly and simultaneously. At the end of 2013, FREP completed steam cracking debottleneck revamp to further upgrading oil product quality and optimizing the product mix.
