  南京延长反应技术研究院依托南京大学化学化工学院的平台、技术与人才优势,结合陕西延长石油集团已形成的中试平台和产业技术,围绕“微界面反应强化技术深度研发与产业化”项目落地建设与运作,推动产业化新型研发机构平台建设、国家创新中心与国家重点实验室建设、产业化推进与产业集群建设,致力于将南京市打造为国内外碳基能源工业及其它流程工业先进高端反应技术和绿色化学制造的主要研发和生产基地,力争在2025年前,将研究院建设成为以先进反应技术为支撑的低碳能源与绿色化学产品制造的、享誉国内外的新型研发机构,助力南京创新名城建设。

  1.总体目标

  3年左右,将研究院建成国内主要的先进反应技术研究机构之一;在油砂开采、石油炼制、石化产品、精细化学品、湿法氧化水处理等5个以上应用领域,取得国际领先的技术和产业化成果,并取得显著经济效益和社会效益。

  6年左右,研究院在先进反应技术的众多应用领域、特别是流程工业领域具有国际级声誉,研究院成为国际上最重要的先进反应器和绿色化学制造技术研发机构之一,同时成为国际级的大型高端反应装备和化学品绿色制造技术提供商之一。

  2.产业化目标

  近期目标(3年左右):以研究院为载体,以微界面反应强化技术为核心,结合延长石油集团已形成的中试平台和产业技术,新建或改造5套以上100万吨/年以上渣油加氢炼化装置;新建或改造2-3500万吨/年以上两步法短流程炼油新工艺(常减压蒸馏+微界面乳化床加氢生产装置(目前国际上一般采用5-6步法工艺:常减压蒸馏+催化裂化+延迟焦化+加氢裂化+溶剂脱沥青+加氢精制+催化重整);同时新建或改造5套以上10万吨/年以上大型石化产品和其它产品生产线,取得300亿元以上的直接与间接经济效益和显著节能减排效益。

  中期目标(6年左右):以微界面反应强化技术为核心,新建或改造10-20套炼油及油品深加工装置,20-30套大型石化产品和其它产品的生产线,取得1000亿元以上直接和间接经济效益和重大社会效益,助推我国产业升级和流程工业的高质量发展。在研究院平台建设过程中,同时将孵化10-20个高新技术企业,争取孵化出3-5个上市企业。

  争取在2035年前将研究院打造成为国际著名的碳基能源工业为主、化学制造业为辅的先进高端反应技术和绿色化学制造研发和生产基地。

  3.基础研究目标

  南京大学支持筹建国家先进反应及绿色化学制造技术创新中心(暂名),同时兼顾重点实验室和双一流学科建设,并以其介观化学教育部重点实验室和化学、化学工程与技术两个双一流学科为重要基础研究基地,重点探索先进催化材料、先进能源材料的理论、机制、方法及调控手段;攻克先进反应器研发及其特定应用对象所涉及的材料、结构、流体力学、传质理论、反应机理和动力学、介观与介尺度的界面传递与反应行为等一批产业化技术研发过程不可或缺的、且为国际前沿的深层次理论问题,取得一批在理论深度上具有国际显示度的基础与应用基础成果,持续支持研究院平台的中长远发展。

  南京微能化工科技有限公司的核心技术是微界面强化反应技术,它从科学概念、数学原理、测试方法、技术工艺、装备发明,到应用示范一体化,并付诸研究实施,均是南京大学张志炳教授领军的科研团队在国内外首次提出,并获得2017年中国石油和化学联合会技术发明一等奖。该技术主要针对宏观反应速率受传质控制的多相反应体系,通过微界面体系强化反应传质,可成倍提高反应速率,大幅度节省过程的能耗和物耗,生产过程的总体技术水平可得到显著提升,它奠定了我国在这一科学与技术领域的国际领先地位。
  人才待遇实行具有相当吸引力的政策,员工薪酬将按基本年薪加绩效提成的形式发放,底薪按地区高端水平确定,绩效奖金占公司毛利润的20%以上。对于个人的奖励将根据其所参与项目盈利情况而定,上不封顶。对有突出才能和贡献的人才另行给予重奖。

  南京微通分离工程科技有限公司是研究院平台上重要成员公司,致力于张志炳教授团队各项优秀的分离技术的咨询、服务和工业化推广;从事化工分离技术的开发与推广、化工塔器设备的内件设计、制造与现场服务的科技公司。主要涉及化工、石化、炼油、空分、化肥、环保等领域的传质与分离的技术开发、技术咨询、技术服务和技术转让业务。

  张志炳教授团队原创研发的高性能塔器分离技术达到国际先进水平。在此基础上研发的超级浮阀塔板SVT”无壁流高效规整填料等高效分离元件及相应的工业设计软件、专用模具和生产线,可为石化和化工企业在生产过程中的原料纯化、产品分离和排放物无害化资源化处理等提供高效的分离技术,大幅提高分离效率并降低生产能耗。

  南京大江清源环保科技有限公司是南京延长反应技术研究院平台上专门从事环境保护、生态修复、湿法氧化、工业三废资源化的科技开发服务型公司,位于南京市江北新区南京华创高端技术产业化基地内。大江清源以江清河净、渊源流淌、持续创新、勇于担当、科技环保、服务社会为使命,以南京大学张志炳教授团队研发的微界面强化反应技术(该技术已获得2017年中国石油与化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖)为依托,主要从事高效环保技术开发及技术服务、新型环保装备制造、黑臭水体治理与修复、工业废液的资源化处理、微界面湿式氧化处理技术及装备开发等环保及清洁生产业务。
